canteens at IIT Roorkee lack consistency and follow the same menu for years without considering the diverse range of students in campus. With only few hostel canteens witnessing most of the crowd, those canteens can get overwhelming both for the vendors and the students. Therefore, the campus needs something quick, diverse and a socially vibrant dining space.
